E-P-I-P-H-A-N-Y

PREPARE YOUR EARS TO LISTEN AND YOUR HEART TO RECEIVE AS YOU TAKE IN THE WORDS THAT LOOK TO CHANGE LIVES, RENEW HEARTS AND OPEN MINDS Why do we remain in unbearable or stagnate situations when we know that we have outgrown it? Is it difficult to leave because you have become comfortable and don't want to rock the boat or are you afraid of the possible persecution of the people that knows about you?

Back in 2007, T-Pain released his album "Epiphany" and he provided two definitions: the first was "the manifestation of a supernatural being" and the second "a sudden moment of insight or a revelation."

Examine yourself and your situation right now and think about this, what if you took more responsibility for your life, passion and goals, how would that look? It could be owning your own home, entrepreneurship, finding a new job, entering into a new relationship, upgrading or possibly downgrading a position, losing weight, enrolling in college, a trade school or anything that will improve the outcome of your own life.

I believe that we have all had an epiphany about our lives, at some point, but we chose not to do anything about it because of a fear of failure, ridicule or judgment, or the sense of leaving someone behind. Amazingly enough, to do something or be great, you must start or begin somewhere. It is not often that someone inherits something, so it is a must that we work for our success and our own continued happiness.

Some people fault their past decisions, actions, or relationships to be the reason they can't move on to a better outcome in life, but I will let you in on a secret, none of us are perfect and we all have a past. I can tell you that you don't need to reminisce on your past too much because those people who knew you when, will try to hold you to then, and at every occasion will remind you of how violent you were, how you were addicted to drugs, alcohol, pornography, excessive eating or even sexual partners. Reliving your past and not engaging in your future will keep you embracing the continual bad habits and keep you surrounded by the negative influences that contribute to self-doubt, insecurity, stress, anxiety, and procrastination.

The fact that we know there are people in the world like this, gives us all the more reason to not only use common sense but think before we do what you do, and make sure it is something that we can live with because having that moment of insight or revelation within yourself is sometimes hard to grasp, but know that leaving or running from your past can lead you into your purpose or a new identity that you never had before. #SPEAK2MYHEART
