PREPARE YOUR EARS TO LISTEN AND YOUR HEART TO RECEIVE AS YOU TAKE IN THE WORDS THAT LOOK TO CHANGE LIVES, RENEW HEARTS, AND OPEN MINDS
If your vehicle broke down on the highway, do you have a plan to get it and you somewhere safe? If you lost your job, do you have another source of money to draw from other than relying on someone else? Do you have a plan to start a new business or capitalize on a venture that will allow you to be more successful?
We all hope, pray, dream, and sometimes cheat our way to what we think is the best opportunity for a higher expression of ourselves to find out that we weren't ready. I repeatedly hear the term "if you stay ready, you won't have to get ready," and the reply "how do I prepare myself for that moment?"
To be ready means you have to be prepared to handle things in life that you didn't expect by remaining flexible and adjustable. The only sure thing is that nothing is for sure. You have to realize that you can't control every aspect or person. Being mentally prepared to accept outcomes or decisions that are not favorable for you is a sign of maturity.
To gain maturity, first, start looking for opportunities to help you gain wisdom that will allow you to enhance your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Second, stop watching the clock or waiting on something to happen, seek out opportunities.
Third, don't worry about what people say. "Before you can catalyze you must cauterize."
Don't despise small beginnings. Everything born had to start small, so whatever restriction, limitation, intimidation, fear, or negative voice has held you back, move those things to the side and don't quit. I can guarantee you that you are closer than you might think you are. If you waste time, you will lose the opportunity. Carpe Deim, "seize the opportunity" by changing your attitude, mentality, and how you see yourself. So stop sabotaging yourself by doubting your creativity. Be bold, take action, and charge into your destiny. You will know when you have arrived because you will be able to walk into, manage, and be the guardian of your own creation. #SPEAK2MYHEART
